Our CrossFit classes are expertly programmed to maximize your growth. With a knowledgable coaching staff guiding you each step of the way to ensure you move well and encouraging you to push yourself harder than you might even realize you are capable!
Personal training can be used in lieu of group classes, or as a supplemental means of building fitness or working on specific skills. Our group classes are amazing for increasing overall fitness, but for some members, that one on one time with a coach can help nail down a challenging lift or movement or help you find the extra motivation needed to push through tough workouts.
Health and fitness is about more than the one hour a day you spend at the gym. The other 23 hours matter just as much! At CrossFit Bohica, we know nutrition is key when it comes to meeting your health and fitness goals. We offer one-on-one sessions with coaches who have walked the walk when it comes to their nutrition. From calorie to macro counting, to setting reasonable goals, and learning how to fuel your body appropriately, we can help!
